Bon Jovi 80's

 Jon Bon Jovi is my favorite blonde male.  I have so many reasons to love Jon.  First of all, he is a Pisces, Born in NJ, and is a family man. Check out his stats:  Born John Francis Bongiovi Jr. on March 2, 1962, in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, Jon Bon Jovi knew in his early teens that he wanted to be a rock star. He formed the band Bon Jovi in the 1980s, which became popular for its power ballads, soaring guitar riffs, and well-crafted melodies. Jon Bon Jovi has also acted in such films as The Leading Man and was a recurring character on TV's Ally McBeal.  More than Just Music -  In the '90s, Jon stretched his talents by nurturing an acting career with starring roles in Moonlight and Valentino and The Leading Man. He also appeared in a handful of independent films, incluidng Pay It Forward and U-571. On television, he was a regular guest star on Ally McBeal until the series finale in 2002. Bon Jovi also made headlines in 2004 when he and Sambora became co-founders and owners of the Arena Football League's Philadelphia Soul. The following year, he and the band donated $1,000,000 to Oprah Winfrey's Angel Network.

was the first "Guess" Jean Model?  Yes, in fact, it was Claudia Schiffer.   The banner picture is one of the most iconic images from the Guess Jeans campaign from 1989 featuring a teenaged Claudia Schiffer.
Twenty Three years later Guess teams up with Claudia again to celebrate the company's 30th anniversary with a new print campaign featuring the ageless German model.   At 38, Claudia still graces the covers of fashion and cosmetic ads.  She is one of my all-time favorite classic "lavender blonde" models.   You just have to love Claudia.

Lady Ga Ga sings about a "lavender blonde" in her song "So Happy, I Could Die."  One has to ask,....is this a person she is in love with?....or maybe she is in love with the sultry lavender blonde persona.  She can also be singing to her inner self-love.   At any rate, Lady Ga Ga is my favorite lavender blonde, Not just for her hair color;  but for all the goodness that she stands for.
